Professional Experience

Wilson joined PKF Hong Kong in 2000 and became Partner in 2008, excelling in the world of audit for over 20 years. He works for Hong Kong-based and international clients, including groups listed on HKEX and AIM, which he involves in IPO projects and due diligence to support their business growth.

Wilson works across a wide range of sectors with a particular focus on construction, retail and finance. He has been supporting corporates in compliance, advisory, internal control review and corporate governance.

Wilson obtained a Master degree of Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University in the United States (now known as University of Louisiana Monroe).
