David is the Managing Partner of PKF Hong Kong and PKF Business Advisory (Shenzhen), which he leads over 100 professional staff dedicated to offer comprehensive accounting solutions to clients and achieve their goals and growth through professional services in audit and assurance, tax, business advisory and corporate services.

David has been practising in public accounting and entrepreneurial advisory for over 30 years and working with clients ranging from listed companies, multinational corporates, to private entities in a broad spectrum of industries and businesses.

Being proficient in both accounting standards in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, David leverages his expertise for global clients particularly in corporate audit, merger and acquisitions and due diligence.

David was trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, where he also graduated from the University of London with a degree in Mathematics and Operational Research.
